What is required?
All notary services offered in Alabama currently requires a federal or state issued ID with a photo. The name on the document must also be on the ID. The signer must be mentally aware of what he is signing and able to communicate with us. This will determine whether or not we will be able to continue to the notarization. All signers must be present for the appointment with their UNSIGNED documents.
